Representation before German Patent Office (DPMA), Federal Patent court (BPatG) and EPO - also as dosmetic representative - for validation of EP, Unitary patent, and nationalisation of PCT. We examine your invention, discuss details, help with funding, carry out novelty searches and prepare your patent application and support you until it is granted - both in Germany and abroad.

Warning letters

We take action in response to cease and desist letters based on trademarks and patents – or designs and utility models – industrial property rights or copyrights. We help you to make the right decisions quickly so that you can act in a commercially sensible manner in such situations.

Trademark law

We protect your company name, logo or product name - domestically, in Europe or internationally. We act as your representative in trademark disputes.

Employee inventions act

A very important subject area for employers and employees - make sure you have the correct legal position - otherwise disputes are inevitable as soon as your invention leads to success

Copyright law

We advise on all types of works in copyright law, photography law, film law, music law and copyright law, on licensing issues or in all copyright disputes

Design law

We protect your design, logo, design creation - whether on paper, as a product or packaging - domestically, in Europe or internationally. We act as your representative in design disputes.

Competition law

We check company websites including general terms and conditions or advertising campaigns for UWG errors and represent you in warning letters and injunctions in all areas of the UWG (including the law on the advertising of medicinal products and medical devices, protection against imitation and price indications)

Internet law / IT law

We draft and review contracts in IT law - from web design contracts,
software contracts, license agreements and domain purchase agreements. We also advise on your homepage, domain issues and social media

FTO / Infringement searches

We check whether your product infringes third-party property rights (i.e. trademarks, patents or designs) or whether your own property rights are infringed by third-party goods or services
